I coach individuals using an integrative and holistic approach. Clients determine their priorities and pace, while I support them with the necessary tools, guidance, and expertise to make meaningful changes in a safe environment. Additionally, I have established a global network of expert associates I work with to stay current and can refer clients with higher needs or requiring more intervention.Keynote Speaking/Panels
An experienced speaker & thought architect, I stay relevant by travelling the globe frequently to research the latest developments in Health, Wellbeing and Longevity. I distil this sometimes complex and confusing information, engaging audiences to make it relatable and entertaining, always leaving my audiences empowered.

Workshops
I am facilitating one day workshops on the natural resistance and challenges presented when we want to sustainably change behaviours. The current training framework is lifted from the behavioural model I showcase in my new book, “The Long Weight”, to create a more peaceful and healthful relationship with food. I utilise the change model I have developed over the last 20 years, which can be applied across any area of our lives we want to improve and achieve better outcomes.
About Me & MeInc
I’m Dee Hunter, a world traveler, dedicated researcher, and a relentless advocate for health and well-being. After years in corporate life, I followed my “Plan de Vida”, researching hubs around the world to build a practice with a network of like-minded health practitioners, which include Nutritionists, Exercise physiologists, Neuroscientists, Professors of circadian rhythms, MD’s, and Oral Health experts. I regularly attend international conferences, training, and keynotes to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in longevity and well-being, including deep in-person studies of the world’s blue zones.
In 2002, after turning my life around 180 degrees, I founded MeInc as a platform to communicate well-being strategies and support others to overcome the fear and friction most of us experience when making lifestyle changes.
My purpose is to create momentum and serve the belief that when one person makes meaningful changes to their life, it also positively impacts the lives of those around them.
